Muladhara/root chakra (Red)

The Muladhara is for grounding.

Vishuddha/throat chakra (Blue)

Vishuddha is the throat chakra and the center for personal truth and morality.

Seth Godin thinks about marketing (eww), but maybe in a good way. Find something worth changing and then assemble tribes, he says. So is this a scary tweak to the propaganda mega-machines, or a way to return some balance and manageablility to the new world disorder?

Anahata/Heart Chakra (Green) (or pink)

Today is Mothers' Day. The following is from Atom Heart Mother. [hearts, mothers, pinkfloyd, get it? sorry about the poor-ish sound quality, those were the vinyl days & it was sort-of part of the charm, plus there was no satellite HD-radio to compare it to anyway. I just think Mother Fore is still awesome.]

Manipura chakra (Yellow)

Confession: I ate 2 pints of Ben & Jerry's in 2 days. When Angelina found out, she just gawked at me in amazement. She brought it up again this morning, and asked what's wrong with me. Apparently it's a self-esteem issue. I'll be getting to work on that with the Women's Challenge, as suggested by the fearless leader of the bumbling band, MizFit.
